Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy turned himself in to authorities Wednesday morning and pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a gambling scandal involving his wagering on games he officiated. U.S. District Court Judge Carol Bagley Amon heard the plea. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison.
